Medcan Kingsway will feature a brand-new clinic servicing Year-Round Care and Dedicated Care members, a state-of-the-art gym housing personal training programs to help you achieve your fitness, strength and mobility goals, sports therapy and rehabilitation services for recovery and pain management, and Refine by Medcan, our physician-led medical and cosmetic dermatology practice. 

Our Year-Round Care membership provides convenient and reliable medical care for you and your family, offering same or next-day appointments without the hassle of long lines and crowded waiting rooms. From everyday concerns like colds, coughs and fevers, to ear infections and minor injuries, our trusted physicians are available to provide care virtually or in-person, seven days a week. Plus, enjoy the reassurance of after-hours medical advice, referrals to Medcan specialists, same-day pharmacy delivery, and more. 

A Dedicated Care membership provides you with your own primary care physician to ensure continuity of care and proactive health management. Enjoy all the same benefits of a Year-Round Care membership with the added support of a full, centralized clinical team to handle appointment booking, review results, oversee referral coordination, and more. Refine by Medcan is a full-service, physician-led skincare clinic, focused on delivering results for better skin health. Where is Medcan Kingsway located?

Medcan Kingsway will be located at 3250 Bloor Street West, East Tower, Suite 1000, Etobicoke, ON. It is at the corner of Bloor Street West and Islington Avenue, in the heart of the Kingsway neighbourhood. 

When is Medcan Kingsway opening?

Medcan Kingsway is set to open late May 2026. You can stay connected and get updates and offers by filling out the form on this page.

Will I be able to keep my existing Medcan physician if I transfer to the Kingsway location?

Physician assignments at Medcan Kingsway will depend on which doctors are joining the location. If your doctor is transferring to Medcan Kingsway, you will be notified directly. We encourage you to speak with our membership team to ensure  a seamless transition to a Kingsway-based physician.

Will Medcan Kingsway have enough female physicians to accommodate members’ provider preferences?

Physician gender preference is an important consideration for us. We are actively recruiting a diverse panel of physicians for Medcan Kingsway and are committed to accommodating member preferences wherever possible. We encourage you to indicate your preference when connecting with our membership team so we can match you appropriately.

I'm already a Medcan member at another location. What does this mean for me?

Great news! If you are an existing Year-Round Care member, you'll simply gain more convenient access closer to home and can use Medcan Kingsway for appointments without changing your membership. If you are a Dedicated Care member and want to transition to the Kingsway location, please reach out to the Dedicated Care team; call 416-350-5906 or email DedicatedCare@medcan.com. 

What will the cost of a membership be?

Membership pricing varies by membership type (Year-Round Care Individual/Family, Dedicated Care, or M Care). Please contact our team at 416-3500-5900 to speak with a membership advisor who can provide personalized pricing and help you find the right fit.

Are family memberships available at Medcan Kingsway?

Yes. Medcan offers family membership options, including the ability for families to enroll together.

Can I have my Annual Health Assessment at Medcan Kingsway?

While Annual Health Assessments will not be offered at Medcan Kingsway, you can still book your Annual Health Assessment at our Financial District or Oakville locations. If it helps, our team can assist with coordinating the most convenient site and appointment time for you.

Can I have my Annual Health Assessment at another location and come to Medcan Kingsway as needed throughout the year?

Yes. As a Medcan member, you have flexibility across our locations. You can continue attending your Annual Health Assessments in Toronto (Financial District) or Oakville while leveraging the Kingsway location for other services closer to home. 

I currently attend fitness training at another Medcan location. Can I transfer to Medcan Kingsway?

Absolutely. If you live close to the Kingsway area, we'd love to connect you with our team. Please reach out to us fitnessmanagement@medcan.com to discuss a smooth transition once the gym opens.
